Furby Cube
A reactive light-and-sound installation built from custom LED bars, an infinity mirror cube, four Furbys, motion sensing, and network-controlled ESP32s. It was designed to sit somewhere between cute, uncanny, and slightly cursed.
What Was Used

Notes
The motion tracker triggered when someone came close, setting off one of 30 Furby sounds. There was also a 1 in 100 chance of a scarier mode where the lights turned red and the Furbys said something more sinister.
Controls
The ESP32 served a small network page for remote triggers and light pattern changes. The patterns ran through WLED and changed every few minutes so the piece kept moving without needing constant attention.
