Hardware Notes

Single-language toys use a 4MB N25Q032 SOIC-8 flash chip. Multi-language toys require a larger N25Q064 or compatible chip.

Use Carefully

This is an archival and repair resource, not a beginner flashing tutorial. SPI flash work can brick the toy or damage hardware if done incorrectly.
